Who we are

Sonder Leaders was founded by Carly Glista and Mike Bowles.

We don’t operate as traditional consultants. We work inside real environments with real teams helping leaders address the issues that actually slow performance down.

Our approach

We use the Working Genius model, developed by Patrick Lencioni, to help teams understand how work actually gets done, and where it breaks down.

We were among the first 200 certified facilitators globally, and we don’t just teach the model - we apply it inside real team dynamics.
